If Purchased Through the App Store or Google Play Store:
Try using the "Restore Purchase" button at the bottom of the Plus purchase screen while logged into your new account. If this doesn’t work, follow the method below.
If Purchased Through the Website:
Send an email to support@stats.fm with the following details:
- A link to your old Spotify profile
- A link to your new Spotify profile
To verify that you own both accounts, follow this Spotify profile using both accounts. Once the transfer is complete, you can unfollow it if you wish.
Can My Stats Be Transferred Too?
Unfortunately, transferring stats is not possible at the moment. If you want to merge your stats from your old account into your new one, your best option is to request your extended streaming history files from your old account and upload them to your new account.
