You can transfer your Plus purchase to a different stats.fm account.
One stats.fm account, one Spotify account
Your stats.fm account is linked to a single Spotify account at a time — you can't merge two stats.fm accounts together, and you can't have one Plus purchase covering two simultaneous stats.fm accounts. When you transfer, you're moving the purchase from one Spotify-linked stats.fm account to another. The old account loses Plus access; the new one gains it.
Apple Music users on stats.am follow a similar one-account-at-a-time model. Transfers between two stats.am accounts work case-by-case — submit a ticket and we'll guide you through it.
Plus would only cover for two streaming accounts at the same time (Spotify and Apple Music) for users signing up with their Spotify account and adding their Apple Music one in-app after.
Standard transfer between two Spotify-linked accounts
Submit a ticket under the "I'd like to transfer my paid subscription to a different account" category, and include:
- A link to your old Spotify profile (or your old stats.fm username)
- A link to your new Spotify profile (or your new stats.fm username)
- Proof of purchase for your Plus subscription (the receipt email from App Store, Google Play, or our website)
We'll verify the purchase from the receipt and transfer the subscription to your new account.
Can my stats be transferred too?
Stats themselves can't be transferred between accounts. If you want to bring your listening history into your new account, the path is to request your extended streaming history from Spotify and import it into the new account. See our Spotify import guide for the full process.
