If something isn't working with your account or you need help with a specific issue, the fastest way to reach us is by submitting a ticket through our help center.
Before you contact us, it's worth searching this help center — many common questions are answered in the Imports section, the Features section, or the Trust & Safety section.
To submit a ticket, click here and pick the category that best matches your issue. Picking the right category helps us get to your message faster.
To help us solve your issue quickly, please make sure your stats.fm username (or a link to your profile) is included in your message.
Support tickets are for account-specific issues — things like subscription activation problems, refund requests, account access, ban appeals, or catalog issues affecting your specific data. For general app bugs and feature suggestions, the right path is through the app's Feedback area (more on that in the next two articles).
You can also check out Discord for community help, though tickets are the only route for getting through to Support for account-specific issues.
What happens after you submit
Check your inbox to confirm your request. You'll see a screen letting you know your request hasn't been sent just yet, and we'll email you a quick confirmation link. This is a spam protection step, and it only takes a second. Just open that email and click the link to finish sending your request to our team. Until you do, your message won't reach us, so if you don't see the email within a few minutes it's worth checking your spam or junk folder. Once you've confirmed, you're all set and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
