Our Discord server is where stats.fm users hang out, share their stats, and help each other out. Members of the stats.fm team are around too, so it's often the first place you'll hear about new features and known issues.
What Discord is good for
- Asking other users how they set something up
- Sharing your stats and profile
- Feature ideas and general feedback
- Checking whether others are seeing the same issue you are
What to send to support instead
Some things need access to your account, and we can't help with those in a public channel. Please submit a ticket for:
- Billing, refunds, and subscription questions
- Bugs and technical issues, including anything wrong with your stats, imports, or sync
- Account access problems
- Privacy requests, including data deletion
- Anything involving your personal account details
Discord is a community space. The team joins in when we can, but it isn't a support channel and we can't guarantee a reply there. Tickets are the way to reach us directly.
